You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure food safety, sanitation, and state compliance, and model professionalism on a 50-55 hour work week with open availability for travel.

This role requires travel flexibility, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to maintain quality and hospitality in healthcare settings.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain the station with safety and sanitation.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
• Assist in placing food orders and storage of orders.
• Provide relief to Dietary Manager as needed.
• Restock items during shifts.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
