Job summary

The role requires executing directional drilling plans, conducting surveys, tracking rate of penetration, and maintaining accurate records. You will train trainees, participate in marketing and sales activities for company products, coordinate with client representatives, and ensure safety and compliance across field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous HDD operations experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• CDL preferred or valid driver's license.
• Ability to read plans and written instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement directional drilling plans and oversee rig operations.
• Manage well bore path and conduct surveys to monitor penetration rates.
• Provide training to drilling trainees and support marketing/sales activities for company products.
