Leibold Irrigation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Golf Course Irrigation Project Supervisor to join our team. The role focuses on leading irrigation installation crews and ensuring on-time, high-quality completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and field operations skills, with travel across the United States and the ability to read and execute irrigation plans. HDPE certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with golf course irrigation systems and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans and specs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.
• HDPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise irrigation crews and daily jobsite operations.
• Oversee all phases of golf course irrigation installation projects.
• Read, interpret, and execute irrigation plans and drawings.
• Coordinate crew schedules, lodging, transportation, and logistics.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
• Operate GPS equipment and coordinate repairs of tools.
• Complete weekly administrative responsibilities.
