Job summary

Triumph Group, on behalf of Leibold Irrigation, is seeking a Golf Construction Project Manager to lead golf course construction, irrigation installation, drainage, and bunker renovations. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets with golf course leadership and architects, ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has leadership, strong communication, and budgeting skills, with experience in related construction fields. A BS in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course construction, irrigation installation, golf course maintenance, landscape construction, civil construction, or related industries.
• Demonstrated project leadership experience overseeing crews, contractors, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Proficiency with construction technology, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management, Construction Management, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Position Overview

Leibold Irrigation, Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers to join its growing team. For nearly four decades, Leibold Irrigation has earned a reputation as one of the premier golf course construction, irrigation, and renovation firms in North America, serving many of the most respected clubs, resorts, and golf facilities in the industry.

The Project Manager serves as the primary field leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing golf course construction, irrigation installation, drainage, bunker renovation, and related infrastructure projects. This individual will work closely with club leadership, golf course architects, superintendents, consultants, subcontractors, and Leibold team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
