Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking qualified drilling personnel for the Richmond, CA area. The role involves operating drilling rigs, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety during field operations.

Expect travel within the Bay Area with most nights at home, schedules typically 10–12 hours, and occasional weekends. The company offers great benefits, per diem, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and State Driller License is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in drilling with various rigs.
• Negative drug test required.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory MVR.
• Interstate DOT Medical Card and FMCSA compliance.
• HAZWOPER physical required.
• IRCA eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Respiratory protection may be required per site plan.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment safety via routine inspections.
• Lead, train, and mentor a drilling crew.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Know and use MSDS, CEU’s and JSA’s as required.
• Approve employee timesheets.
• Complete well logs, logbook, repair orders, tailgates, and DVIRs.
• Foster positive relationships with team and client.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
