Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Boise, ID is seeking a General Superintendent to lead and execute the project plan for large Advanced Facilities/Semiconductor projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors, owners, and design teams to meet stringent timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
Extensive leadership of safety, quality and project teams on large projects.
Experience with semiconductor fab or advanced manufacturing construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leads all aspects of project safety culture and ensures injury-free practices.
Manages subcontractors, staff, and project workflow across trades.
Develops work plans, coordinates site logistics, and manages project schedules.
Controls budgets, tracks costs, and prepares weekly progress reports.
Communicates with owners, design teams, and suppliers; leads meetings.
