Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project manager for a full-time traveling role supporting Federal/Defense projects across the United States. This position involves coordinating assignments, managing performance, and supporting Superintendents on-site.

The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and exceptional communication skills. Travel is expected to be over 50% of the time, with on-site responsibilities in various locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.
• Manage training for tradesmen.
