Role Summary

The General Superintendent will develop and execute project plans and oversee all aspects of assigned projects with significant complexity. This role manages the team, plans construction sequencing, and meets project goals, supporting JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities - Core

• Lead safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Oversee safety, quality, and EEOC programs.
• Develop work plans and manage project site activities.
• Lead meetings and participate in project reviews.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and documentation.
• Support project closeouts and procurement processes.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects from start to finish.
• Provide oversight to multiple projects and teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives and training development.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and construction technology.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, trades, and labor productivity.
• Ability to manage budgets, build relationships, and understand project documentation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• 12+ years construction experience, including 10+ years supervision.
• Experience with large aviation projects required.

Working Environment

• Valid driver's license required.
