Jack’s is seeking a Traveling General Manager to oversee multiple stores with a focus on new openings. This role involves 90% travel across MS, AL, TN, AR and GA, with travel and accommodations covered by the company.

You will lead teams to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards, provide friendly guest service, and ensure stores hit daily sales, service, food, and labor goals. Growth and recognition opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Experience with new store openings.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.
• Located in MS, AL, TN, AR or GA.
• Conflict resolution expertise.
• P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, and food safety knowledge.
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent).
• Monthly bonus potential.
