Foundation Partners Group is seeking a dedicated Funeral Director/Embalmer to manage all phases of funeral arrangements, including travel between markets such as Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Chico, and Sacramento. You will present families with options, coordinate services, and ensure compassionate, high-quality care throughout the process.

The role requires current state licensure for funeral directing and embalming, strong communication, and a willingness to travel up to 70% across assigned

Qualifications

• Current state licensure for funeral directing & embalming is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Caring, empathetic, and committed to providing best-in-class service to customers.
• Knowledge of basic principles, values, ethics, and cultural considerations.
• Comfortable with driving and up to 70% travel.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record.

Responsabilités

• Manages all phases of the funeral arrangement, from setup to final disposition.
• Travel between markets (Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Chico, Sacramento).
• Present families with service and merchandise options and guide decisions.
• Maintain accurate and timely client files and communicate effectively with the team.
• Oversee team members during services and ensure professional representation of the location.
• Attend funeral services and lead post-service follow-ups as needed.
