Foundation Partners Group seeks a Funeral Director/Embalmer to oversee all phases of funeral services, from setting up to final disposition. This role offers a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and requires licensure for funeral directing and embalming in the state.

The candidate must lead a team, coordinate with families, and ensure compliant, compassionate service across all arrangements and post-service follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure for funeral directing & embalming.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Caring, empathetic, and committed to providing best-in-class service.
• Sensitivity to different philosophical systems and religions.
• Knowledge of basic principles, values, ethics and human culture.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present all service and merchandise options to families.
• Oversee team during services and ensure professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and timely client files.
• Handle on-call duties as assigned.
• Transfer decedents and prepare for services.
• Meet with client families to arrange personalized services.
• Ensure proper paperwork and permits are completed on time.
• Conduct funeral services and post-service follow-ups.
