Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is seeking a dependable Loader Operator to support two concrete plant locations—the MCI Airport plant in Kansas City, MO and the Lawrence plant in Lawrence, KS. The role involves operating a front-end loader to move, stockpile, and load aggregates while backing daily concrete production.

Travel between sites is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and communication with plant personnel and drivers to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of heavy equipment operation experience, construction setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills across audiences.
• Safety-conscious and willing to travel between plants.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a front-end loader in a concrete plant.
• Maintain stockpiles and load material into bins and trucks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report maintenance needs promptly.
• Support plant operations, housekeeping, and material management.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel and truck drivers.
• Work at both MCI Airport and Lawrence plants.
