Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is seeking a dependable Loader Operator to support operations at two concrete plant locations: MCI Airport Concrete Plant in Kansas City, MO and Lawrence Concrete Plant in Lawrence, KS.

The role requires operating a front-end loader, stocking aggregates, and assisting daily concrete production while traveling between sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to read construction plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Willingness to travel between MCI Airport and Lawrence plant locations.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a front-end loader in a concrete plant environment.
• Maintain aggregate stockpiles and load material into bins, hoppers, and trucks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Report maintenance and repair needs promptly.
• Assist with plant operations, housekeeping, and material management.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel and truck drivers.
• Support production needs at both plant locations.
