Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is seeking a dependable Loader Operator to support two concrete plants: MCI Airport in Kansas City, MO and Lawrence in Lawrence, KS.

You will operate a front-end loader to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials while assisting daily concrete production. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Safety-conscious with a focus on compliant operations.
• Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader in a concrete plant environment.
• Maintain aggregate stockpiles and load material into bins, hoppers, and trucks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Report maintenance and repair needs promptly.
• Assist with plant operations, housekeeping, and material management.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel and truck drivers.
• Support production needs at both the MCI Airport and Lawrence concrete plants.
