Rentokil is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients by upholding brand standards, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering friendly, customer-focused service to enhance the guest experience.

You will conduct assessments, audits, and inspections; observe food preparation; train staff; and respond to safety incidents. A travel schedule of 50-70% (8–10 days monthly) is required, with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Licenses or certificates as required by regulations (covered by employer).
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments that measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients.
• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
• Teach and coach clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and THEIR customers.
• Conducting Audits and Inspections.
• Implementing and Monitoring food safety.
• Training and Educating staff.
