Job summary

HEI Civil Enterprise is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Tech to keep our fleet running daily across Texas sites. The role involves servicing fuel, oil, and greasing operations, traveling to various job sites, and collaborating with the Oiler and Fueler to sustain high equipment availability.

The ideal candidate shows motivation, reliability, solid communication, and basic safety knowledge, with a willingness to learn and adapt to different sites and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil construction is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Oiler and Fueler and adhere to directions.
• Communicate with Oiler and Fueler and job site personnel to maintain high efficiency of fueling operations.
• Travel to job sites and complete fuel, oil, and greasing operations on equipment and vehicles.
• Travel with Oiler and Fueler to various locations around the front range Central Texas in fuel truck provided by HEI Civil.
• Work during hours directed by HEI Civil to keep our fleet running daily.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
