Moss, a national construction and solar EPC leader, seeks a Fleet Equipment Mechanic for West Memphis, AR with high travel across multiple states. This exempt, full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance and timely, economical repairs of heavy equipment and vehicles used on Moss projects.

The ideal candidate has an Associates degree in heavy equipment, 5+ years in construction, and CDL/dot considerations; welding ability is a plus.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree in Heavy Equipment Program.
• 5+ years construction industry experience.
• DOT physical for driving a commercial service truck.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Certifications or specific training in Safety, Brakes, Engine, Transmissions, Troubleshooting, Suspension Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular routine preventative maintenance service on construction equipment.
• Respond to service call requests and perform repairs or maintenance as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot service issues with Equipment Manager and coordinate with vendors.
• Complete electronic work orders and ensure equipment is safe and jobsite ready.
• Must have welding and burning ability.
• Travel to job sites (FL, GA and/or AR) and overnight stays as needed.
• Work safely per Moss guidelines and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
