Job summary

World Finance provides onsite support across branches to uphold customer service standards and branch performance. As an Overstaff Financial Services Representative, you’ll assist with loan processing, payments, and closings while traveling between locations.

You’ll balance cash, process deposits, and help grow the organization’s tax services and client base. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a team-focused, growth-minded culture.

• Ability to process loan applications and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned.
• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through responsible financial choices.
• Process and prepare loan applications, documents, and renewals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accurate transactions.
• Complete daily branch deposits and, when needed, transport funds to the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support branch goals.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to meet performance targets.
