Centier Bank seeks a Traveling Universal Banker to serve as a front-line client ambassador across Indianapolis banking centers. You will understand client transaction needs, explain options, and help deepen relationships with bank products and services.

The role emphasizes service quality, cash handling accuracy, and knowledgeable guidance through digital channels. You will support onboarding, deposits, and payments while traveling to multiple branches within the footprint.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months customer service/cash handling experience desirable.
• Banking exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Establish rapport, identify client needs, explain solutions and secure business.
• Perform basic teller transactions and maintain accurate cash handling records.
• Assist with account openings, onboarding and other financial service needs.
• Travel daily to banking centers within the footprint to support branches and clients.
• Mentor fellow associates and participate in sales opportunities.
