Job summary

B.H. Inc. (BHI) seeks an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to lead site operations for the UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project. This role requires extensive underground utility expertise and hands-on leadership on busy job sites across the Panguitch/US-89 corridor.

You will manage field crews, coordinate subcontractors, emphasize safety, and read blueprints with Bluebeam and MS Office. Per diem supports project travel; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Underground utility installation, HDD and heavy equipment experience.
• Proven track record leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Reading blueprints/drawings with Bluebeam and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for the Zion Canyon project.
• Manage field crews and coordinate subcontractors to meet schedule and safety goals.
• Ensure on-site safety and regulatory compliance on all activities.
• Travel 100% along the Panguitch/US-89 corridor as required.
