Job summary

B.H. Inc. (BHI) seeks an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to lead site operations for the UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project. This role requires extensive underground utility expertise and hands-on leadership on busy job sites across the Panguitch/US-89 corridor.

You will manage field crews, coordinate subcontractors, emphasize safety, and read blueprints with Bluebeam and MS Office. Per diem supports project travel; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Underground Utility Expertise: Solid background in underground utility installation, heavy equipment operations, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing field crews, driving job-site safety, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency reading blueprints and drawings, with working knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office.
• Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel 100% of the time along the project corridor (Panguitch/US-89 region).
