Job summary

Sundt Construction Company is seeking a candidate to manage day-to-day construction activities, supervise craft employees and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control on projects in Dallas, Texas. This role includes coordinating field activities with the project schedule and leading subcontractor coordination.

The position offers progression from entry level to senior roles, with emphasis on safety culture, plan adherence, and project execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in construction and related fields.
• Understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and supervision of crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and supervise craft employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate field activities with the project schedule and safety plans.
• Review shop drawings, RFI processes, and quality control to meet Sundt standards.
• Lead sub-contractor meetings and implement LEAN planning as directed.
• Ensure adherence to the PMP and cost controls, and manage change when necessary.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to align with project milestones.
