Job summary

MPW Industrial Services in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to support water purification operations across multiple customer sites. This role requires traveling 75% of the time to install, service, and maintain pumps, filtration systems, membranes, and chemical feed components.

You will conduct water quality testing, calibrate instruments, troubleshoot system issues, document service activity, and provide on-site technical support while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience with mechanical systems, pumps, filtration equipment, or chemical treatment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to service water purification systems.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on pumps and filtration units.
• Conduct water quality testing to ensure compliance with standards.
• Calibrate testing instruments for accurate performance.
• Maintain daily site logs and complete PC-based service reports.
• Assist repairs to instrumentation and control panels with PLCs.
