Invenergy is hiring a Field Service Technician who will travel on a 4-week on/1-week off cycle to support major component replacements and repairs across the fleet. The role requires living in TX or nearby states and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather while maintaining safety and compliance with Invenergy policies.

The position emphasizes rotating travel and hands-on technical work, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, training site personnel, and documenting inspections

Formación

• 1 year technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc.) or technical education.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in multiple equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel in safety, preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and ops support systems.
• Lead teams to perform major component replacements and repairs on multiple equipment platforms and component manufacturers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of multiple equipment platforms.
• Perform equipment and site inspections and compile reports.
• Complete daily and monthly reporting requirements.
• Write and revise procedures for component replacements.
• Ensure all activities are performed safely per Invenergy policies.
