Job summary

Stalmic Distributors is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel across the region repairing and maintaining meat room equipment. You will learn on-the-job and perform preventative maintenance on wrappers, meat saws, dicers, CRMs, and grinders, with company-provided truck, phone, and tablet to support on-site work.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance at customer locations, handling break-fix calls, and participating in weekend and holiday on-call rotations with additional pay.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen, MVR, and background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electrical or equipment repair is a plus.
• Road experience a plus; willing to travel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on meat room equipment.
• Travel to customer locations in the service area.
• Perform on-call support and weekend pay rotations.
• Handle break-fix calls and repairs.
• Operate company-provided truck, phone, and tablet.
• Adhere to company goals and earn rewards.
