Job summary

KASCO LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair on meat processing equipment at customer sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely service while representing the company professionally.

You will build relationships with grocers, restaurants and retailers, delivering repair services and selling parts and programs as needed. A valid driver's license and mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, trade school or GED.
• Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude.
• Related technician repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on food processing equipment.
• Provide technical support and on-site service to customers.
• Maximize service sales and repair revenue with customers.
• Maintain inventory and manage van stock to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Operate company vehicle safely and adhere to policies.
