Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects from inception to completion in Missouri. You will partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk, manage GMP or lump sum contracts, and drive coordination across MEP and vendor scopes.

This role also involves ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance, developing financials, and identifying risks with mitigation

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data center construction or mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project financials
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget
• Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the owner
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes
