Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of field operations experience in human services or related areas.

• Willingness to travel frequently (75–90%).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits within assigned geographic region.
• Verify participant residence and document findings.
• Observe safety and wellness indicators per program procedures.
• Record household and contact information per protocol.
• Use mobile tools and secure systems for timely documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and program staff.
• Complete visit documentation and data entry timely.
• Travel domestically; stand/walk extended periods.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
