Job summary

Spy Ego Media in Havre, Montana is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead onsite crews on fiber infrastructure projects. You will supervise drilling, trenching, and cell tower assembly, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality according to project specs.

This role requires frequent local travel across Montana (about 96% of the time) with per diem for extended trips; you will train crews, coordinate with engineers and inspectors, and maintain records and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ yrs as Construction Foreman or Superintendent on comms/underground projects.
• Experience operating HDD rigs, vibrational plows and heavy equipment.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel 96% across Montana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train onsite crews; ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate tasks with site crews, subcontractors, engineers and inspectors.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety protocols on all sites.
• Report project status to project managers and stakeholders.
