Thompson Thrift is seeking a Field Engineer to support on-site construction operations for multifamily developments across the U.S. The role is travel-based, with relocation required and projects typically lasting two years before moving to new assignments.

You’ll contribute to safety, scheduling, and quality control while coordinating with subcontractors and project leadership. This position offers exposure to all phases of construction and a clear path toward long-term construction management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with site safety, scheduling, cost tracking, quality control, and punch list completion.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 1 year of construction experience
