You will coordinate activities, manage documentation, interpret plans, and uphold quality and safety standards while traveling to project sites as required. We value strong communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Preferred 1–2 years of construction experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with the Project Manager to ensure successful multifamily construction execution.
• Assist in punch lists, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
