Job summary

Maine Drilling & Blasting Inc is seeking a hands-on construction professional to support preconstruction and field operations across New England. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen, visit sites, ensure plans meet specs, and help manage change orders and submittals.

Must be safety-minded and able to work outdoors in varying weather. A Bachelor’s in CM or CE or equivalent is required, with strong communication, organization, and a drive to advance within the

Responsibilities

• Support operations during preconstruction and construction; coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen
• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Assist Project Manager with preparing monthly progress submittals for customer billing and tracking
• Spend time on job sites learning operations, including load tests on rock anchors, soil nails, tiebacks, and micropiles
• Review and process load test data for customer submission
• Assist in monitoring scopes of work, recognizing scope changes, and creating change orders
• Prepare and submit preconstruction submittals
• Prepare grab-and-go materials prior to project kickoff
• Ensure safety culture and adherence to company policies
