Environmental Restoration LLC is seeking a Field Cost Accountant - Traveling to support site projects nationwide from our St. Louis area base. The FCA tracks costs, assists Site Project Managers, and handles report prep, timesheets, procurement, and travel arrangements.

The role requires extensive travel (often 60%+) and can involve weeks to months on site; hours vary 40–70 per week with overtime as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Travel required; extensive travel varying by Task Order.
• Experience in accounts payable, payroll, and billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Copilot, and Adobe.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive or fly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs daily using RCMS
• Produce and organize daily cost reports with backup documentation
• Complete project cost reconciliations
• Process project-related accounts payable
• Create and submit timesheets to payroll
• Fulfil site procurement needs
• Track equipment and material usage
• Secure travel accommodations for employees
• Handle supply and equipment pick-up and delivery
