Your craftsmanship, accuracy, and commitment to safety ensure that equipment performs as designed in real‑world conditions.This is a role for someone who values precision, accountability, and pride in their work.Why This Role Is DifferentYou’ll work across multiple welding processes — not just one.You’re trusted to read drawings, make adjustments, and recommend improvements.You’ll support real construction and field operations — not just shop work.You’ll have access to training and AWS certification opportunities.You’ll be part of a team that values quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Be DoingPerforming welding operations using SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and Carbon Arc welding, for both A36 & 304LSSInterpreting engineered drawings, weld symbols, and dimensionsFitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting components to meet exact tolerances.Fabricating and repairing semi‑complex parts from raw materials.Following red‑line changes and recommending process or design improvementsTroubleshooting and repairing consumable failures (spring liners, nozzle insulators, tips, etc.)Using hand and power tools including grinders and chipping hammersTroubleshooting welding machines and equipment issuesSupporting daily housekeepingWorking closely with supervisors, managers, and peers to deliver quality work on schedule and under budgetMeeting internal and external customer expectations consistentlyWhere You’ll Make an ImpactYou’ll support field and construction operations, fabricating and repairing components that must meet exact standards in demanding environments. Your work contributes directly to job‑site success, safety, and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentValid TWIC Card or ability to obtain2+ years of relevant welding and fabrication experienceProven proficiency in:- SMAWFCAWGMAWCarbon Arc WeldingDemonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.Experience operating a wide range of hand and power tools.Demonstrate Fit for Duty by passing a physical examination.Ability to obtain AWS certifications (training provided)Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.Safety-first mindset and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating with field and shop teams.OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Card Holder or ability to achieve within the first 6 months of employment.Who Thrives HereYou know a good weld isn’t just about looks — it’s about penetration, tolerance, and performance.
