ADP, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Manager (Travel Superintendent) in Latham, NY. This full-time role requires heavy nationwide travel to manage commercial construction projects across the United States, including coordination with design teams and subcontractors.

The position emphasizes hands-on field work, cost forecasting, schedule maintenance, and ensuring project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel up to 80% annually is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to travel up to 80% annually.
• Experience in construction field preferred, with carpentry helpful.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints and building codes a plus.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on oversight on all phases of a construction project on site until completion.
• Coordinate with trades and subcontractors to meet project goals and profitability targets.
• Provide direction to team members to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of progress, timesheets, and invoices.
• Forecast project costs and timelines to achieve profit margins.
• Read blueprints, purchase orders, and change orders; review submittals.
• Monitor schedule and ensure timely completion of work.
• Plan inspections and obtain permits as needed.
• Escalate on-site issues to Director of New Operations.
