Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Facilities Technician responsible for maintenance in assigned areas. This full-time position starts at $25/hr to $35/hr and involves travel to different locations each day.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building maintenance within a multi-unit setting, excellent driving skills, and the capacity to work independently. Additional perks include company car, overtime opportunities, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in maintenance and construction, preferably in a multi-unit setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance to store locations.
• Repair minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs.
• Maintain tanning booths and UV-free spray booths.
• Undertake general carpentry tasks such as sheetrock repair and painting.
• Communicate with store management and vendors.
