Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple store locations. You will start from home and travel to assigned sites within your area, with no fixed office location.

This full-time role requires driving to various sites, occasional overtime, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Company car and benefits are included; travel is a core part of the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent driving record (driving record check required).
• 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and construction (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout above-mentioned area.
• Repairing general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, etc.
