Palm Beach Tan - Ashburn is seeking a Facilities Technician responsible for maintenance across various store locations. The role offers a salary ranging from $25/hr to $35/hr, with frequent travel required as you start from home and move to different sites.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in maintenance and construction, possess a strong understanding of building systems, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years' preferred experience with maintenance and construction required (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout the area.
• Repairing general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, etc.
• Maintaining tanning booths and UV-free spray booths.

Skills

Excellent driving record

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple projects

Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime
