Cassia is seeking an Executive Director Float based in Edina, MN, for a full-time, travel-enabled leadership role. You’ll provide interim executive leadership across Cassia communities—including assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care—during transitions to ensure stable operations and exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LALD license required.
• LNHA license preferred but not required.
• BA/BS degree in Health, Gerontology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of senior living operations and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel to Cassia communities as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide interim Executive Director leadership at Cassia communities during transitions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the senior living community.
• Provide guidance and support to department leaders and staff during periods of transition.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Oversee facility financial performance and operational goals.
• Oversee staff development, hiring, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and Cassia policies.
• Assess community needs, establish priorities, and address operational concerns.
• Provide consistent communication and leadership to promote stability and continuity.
• Partner with Cassia leadership to support community goals and initiatives.
