Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events and Retail Marketer in Appleton, WI to generate leads at events and retail spaces. You will speak with homeowners, promote products, and accompany setup and takedown of displays. This is a live-events role with travel across Wisconsin.

You will start at an hourly base with uncapped bonuses; typical first-year earnings fall in the $50k–$55k range. Paid training, full benefits, and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities.
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, bartending, or related fields
• Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and appointments at Events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), home shows, and retail sources
• Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
• Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.
