Ideal Dental is seeking an Endodontic Dental Assistant to support our clinicians and patients through endodontic treatment. You will help create a welcoming environment, prepare treatment rooms, and coordinate care to ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience.

You will assist the Endodontist during procedures, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, chart treatments, and educate patients on post-treatment care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of endodontic experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist Endodontist with procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and set up trays.

What you'll do:

• Create a welcoming environment for patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their endodontic journey.

• Support patients through complex endodontic procedures, helping them feel informed, calm, and confident throughout their treatment experience.

• Work alongside the Endodontist to ensure precision, efficiency, and a smooth clinical experience tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and recovery to promote healing and long-term oral health.

• Coordinate care and follow-ups, ensuring patients receive timely treatment and clear communication throughout their visit.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care.

• Foster a collaborative team environment by staying proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality specialty care.

• Contribute to the success of the endodontic practice by helping manage clinical readiness, patient flow, and operational support.
