You will help manage patient flow, assist with procedures, and educate patients on post-treatment care in a fast-growing, patient-centered environment.

Competenze

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Current CPR certification required.

As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinical team throughout the orthodontic treatment process. What you’ll do:

• Create a welcoming environment for patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.
• Support patients through complex orthodontic procedures, helping them feel informed, calm, and confident throughout their treatment experience.
• Work alongside the Orthodontist to ensure precision, efficiency, and a smooth clinical experience tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and recovery to promote healing and long-term oral health.
• Coordinate care and follow-ups, ensuring patients receive timely treatment and clear communication throughout their visit.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by staying proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality specialty care.
• Contribute to the success of orthodontic practice by helping manage clinical readiness, patient flow, and operational support.
