Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking an Endodontic Dental Assistant in Irving, TX to support clinicians and patients through the endodontic treatment process. You will assist the Endodontist, maintain sterile workflows, and help educate patients on aftercare.

The role offers growth opportunities in a fast-growing dental group focused on patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient greeting, procedure assistance, sterilization, room preparation, and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of specific endodontic experience.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Create a welcoming environment for patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their endodontic journey.

• Support patients through complex endodontic procedures, helping them feel informed, calm, and confident throughout their treatment experience.

• Work alongside the Endodontist to ensure precision, efficiency, and a smooth clinical experience tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and recovery to promote healing and long-term oral health.

• Coordinate care and follow-ups, ensuring patients receive timely treatment and clear communication throughout their visit.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care.

• Foster a collaborative team environment by staying proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality specialty care.

• Contribute to the success of the endodontic practice by helping manage clinical readiness, patient flow, and operational support.
