Job summary

SST Direct is seeking Traveling Electrical Apprentices, Journeymen & Foremen for data center, mission-critical and industrial projects across multiple sites.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with high voltage systems and field installation tasks. This role requires 80%+ travel, overtime, nights and weekends as needed. Competitive pay is $40-70/hr with a $5,000/month per diem; based in Memphis, TN or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Experience with 480V-35kV electrical systems and associated switchgear/transformers.
• Ability to read one-lines, cable schedules and termination drawings.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910.269 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel 80%+ to project sites and coordinate field tasks.
• Lead crews, manage safety, quality and production on projects.

We’re hiring Electrical Apprentices, Journeymen & Foremen for traveling data center, mission-critical, and industrial projects.

Looking for experience with:

• 480V-35kV electrical systems
• MSBs, switchgear, transformers/GSUs, busway & PDU/UPS equipment
• MV cable at 12.47kV, 13.8kV and/or 34.5kV
• 15kV/35kV terminations
• Reading one-lines, cable schedules & termination drawings
• MV switching, clearance procedures & LOTO
• E-houses, duct banks, testing & energization
• NFPA 70E / OSHA 1910.269 knowledge

Foreman candidates should also have experience leading crews, coordinating work, and managing safety, quality, and production.

Must be willing to travel 80%+ and work overtime, nights, weekends, or extended shifts as projects require.
