Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Traveling Electrical Technician in Ohio to inspect and test electrical components, diagnose problems, and install updates for aging systems. This contract-to-hire role requires blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking to meet deadlines.

Applicants must be US citizens or eligible to work in the U.S., with strong safety awareness and experience as a commercial/industrial electrician. Familiarity with NEC codes and mentoring field staff is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial and/or Industrial Electrician.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electrical components to diagnose problems, repair components, and install updates for outdated systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Oversee training for co-workers as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines (e.g., pictures, signed checklists, As-Built).
• Ensure electrical systems meet NEC codes and safety PPE guidelines.
