Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on a large-scale data center project in Texas.

This is a travel role supporting high-profile builds across the U.S., offering top-tier compensation, strong per diem, and long-term project stability. The ideal candidate will have mission-critical experience and the ability to lead field operations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 3+ years in an Electrical Superintendent role.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience required.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, UPS, PDUs, ATS/STS, generators and grounding.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical field activities.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules.
• Mentor and support field supervision and electricians.
• Assist with change orders and project-related takeoffs.
