Job summary

FMM is seeking a Traveling Electrical Site Supervisor to manage a commercial electrical project in New Mexico. The role includes supervising electricians, ensuring proper installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, and conducting regular inspections.

Housing, per diem, a company vehicle, and standard benefits are provided, with potential project relocation after completion of the current assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Minimum of five (5) years of electrical experience.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations and learn client and company policy.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and maintain schedules to complete on time.
• Lead and train electricians on site.
• Ensure proper installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure supplies and equipment are available and working.
• Produce sketches and layout drawings for projects.
• Ensure safety and code compliance on all worksites.
• Manage crew and project costs; lead with confidence.
