Facilities Maintenance Management seeks a Traveling Electrical Site Supervisor to manage a commercial electrical project in New Mexico. You will lead electricians, ensure proper installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, and conduct on-site inspections.

This role includes housing, per diem, a company vehicle, and full company benefits. After project completion (2+ years) there is potential to lead another assignment in a different area, with opportunities for advancement and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Minimum five years of electrical experience.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety regulations.
• Able to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical crews on commercial projects.
• Ensure on-time project scheduling and delivery.
• Prepare sketches and layout drawings for projects.
• Maintain high-quality work practices aligned with FMM values.
• Manage safety and compliance on site.
