This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at building client relationships, coordinating project teams, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Operations:
• Oversee multiple concurrent commercial or industrial projects within the Place metropolitan area.
• Foster long-term relationships with local general contractors and developers.
• Manage labor resources and manpower leveling across the local portfolio.
• Traveling Operations (Large-Scale Projects):
• Lead specialized industrial or infrastructure projects in various regions.
• Manage site-specific housing, travel logistics, and per diem for the project team.
• Navigate complex regulatory and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements specific to high-scale job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing electrical projects over $10,000,000.
• Expertise in contract management and financial forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 per year.
