Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles and practices.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in managing electrical construction projects.
• Experience leading project teams and managing subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide (100%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical scopes on utility-sized renewable energy and Mission Critical projects.
• Lead field team and coordinate with superintendents, project managers and the rest of the project team.
• Ensure safety, financial performance, and team development on site.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Oversee the pay request process, job cost report, and total cost projection reports.
• Develop, schedule, and lead project close-out processes.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners to reflect core values.
